3. You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

   Condition: To be eligible, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, with all original packaging. Used laptops (Lenovo, HP, Dell) or power tools must be returned without any damage caused by the user.
   Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your request.

   Refund Method: Since we operate exclusively on Cash on Delivery (COD), we do not have automated card refunds.
   Bank Transfer: Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit. We will contact you directly to collect your bank details (IBAN/Account Name) for the secure transfer.
   Timeline: Once the return is inspected and approved, the refund process will be completed within 3–5 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

   Items that have been tampered with, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
